Changed your mind?
Under UK consumer law you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact us first so we can arrange your return. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Bespoke & personalised items
Pieces made to your personal specification can’t be returned for a change of mind, unless they are faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method.
